+ What is in my product?

The ingredients in your product are only plant derived or straight from the earth ingredients, unless otherwise stated. For every product the ingredients are listed both on the product page under the description and on the packaging of your product - more specifically, on the label. If for example your label is too small for all the ingredients to be listed - you can find them at any time on the product page on the website. Any cautions regarding what is in your product are listed in the drop down menus on the page for each product.

+ What if I have allergies to an ingredient?

Due to the hygienic nature of all of our products we do not provide refunds for opened or used products so we cannot stress enough to check the ingredients list before you purchase. However, we do make customised products, or slight variations to already created products. Please email or call us to discuss customisation. We can swap an essential oil out for another one that you love as much as it will love you - it's no problem.

+ Do you ship Internationally?

At this stage we only ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia. Sorry!

+ I live in Gisborne - can I pick my item up?

​

Local delivery is available, but not pick up. Please choose this at the checkout, or you can choose Market Pick Up and I'll take your order to the next Gizzy Monthly Market with me for you to collect from there.

+ Are your essential oils really 100% pure?

​

YES. I have chosen my suppliers after thorough research and would never claim to use something unless I was actually using it. All essential oils are purchased from a carefully selected supplier and where possible, I also only use essential oils created in NZ.
