Terms and Conditions

+ Any reference to 'We, Us' refers to Oillee. Any reference to 'You, Your' refers to you as the customer.

+ We are a New Zealand based company. The currency we use is New Zealand Dollars, unless you are based in Australia and in which case the converter is in the footer of every page, to change to AUD. Otherwise, all amounts shown are in NZD.

+ Firstly, by using this website, whether it be to simply view it or make a purchase from it, you agree to not take anything from the website for your own personal or business use unless first authorised in writing by Oillee. Sharing of the website or products via social media with the appropriate links back to this website is the only exception. 

+ When making a purchase through this website, you agree to pay the stated amount in New Zealand or Australian Dollars with your chosen payment method. If funds are not available, your purchase will not go ahead and you will not receive any products. Payments are handled through PayPal (no account required), Laybuy or AfterPay. ​

Returns/Refund policy:

+ Due to the hygienic nature of our products were are unable to provide refunds for products that have been opened and used. Please choose your items carefully before the checkout stage of the purchasing process.


+  Refunds will not be provided for change of mind purchases.

+ If your product arrives and you have an issue you would like to bring up, please contact us immediately before using it. 

+ If you, the customer, and Oillee, come to an agreement regarding a refund, this will be discussed via phone or email and your refund will be provided onto the payment method you originally made it from. Your product will need to be sent back at your own cost if it is unused and unopened, and the refund will not be processed until the returned item has been received.

Privacy policy:

+ Oillee does store some of your information. Firstly, your name and email address, and if you require postage for your item then your postal address gets saved as well. This is for obvious reasons - to post your item, to get in contact should anything go wrong, delivery updates, and future promotional emails (which only happen once in a blue moon.)

Your payment details are NOT stored on Oillee servers - however - PayPal does encrypt your information and keep it in case of the need for refunds or discrepancies with your order. For more information regarding PayPal's policies and procedures please head to their website for more information.

+ LayBuy, AfterPay and PayPal are all merchants used on the Oillee website to pay for your purchase. You do NOT require a PayPal account to complete a purchase, you can checkout as a guest. With LayBuy and AfterPay, you must have an account with the merchants. This is between you and the merchants and Oillee takes no responsibility for issues that may arise from those platforms. PayPal, AfterPay and LayBuy store your financial information you provide them with to be able to process refunds (and future payments for LayBuy/AfterPay) however Oillee does not see this information nor store it. For more information on our merchant policies and procedures please visit their websites.

Your safety:

+ For your safety and security whilst using this site, please only enter your payment details on the purchase page, through PayPal or LayBuy or AfterPay. Never provide any sensitive personal information such as passwords, driver licence details or credit card details in an email to Oillee.

+ Upon submitting your details and confirming your purchase you are stating that you agree to the Terms and Conditions as listed here and also agree that you have read all the Shipping, Refund/Return, and Privacy policies on the website.
