SHIPPING POLICY

+ Shipping will be at your choosing at the checkout. For Oillee we have a flat rate fee of $5.00 nationwide and orders over $50 include free shipping automatically. If you live locally in Gisborne we provide a Local Pick Up service where you will be emailed when your order is ready to be picked up and we can arrange a suitable time for the both of us. This is of course, free. If you live in Gisborne and choose the shipping option, I will drop your order off as soon as it is ready. Your shipping fee will cover packaging and fuel costs - this ensures you don't have to wait for local postage longer than you need to. For Oillee in Bloom orders, we offer $5 flat rate delivery for Gisborne same day delivery orders. Otherwise, you can chose to pick your flowers up. If you choose local flower delivery at the checkout, please leave me your delivery address in the notes section for your order.

 

+ We endeavor for all of our parcels to arrive within 3 working days via courier - however this does not take into account road closures, public holidays or other happenings that may have a detrimental effect on the postage system. Should you not receive your package please get in contact with us. If for any reason your package will be delayed and we are aware of it, you will be contacted to confirm if you still wish to continue with your purchase and if not, a refund will be provided.

+ Once your order is processed you will receive an email stating when your order has been sent along with a tracking number.

+ Posting will only happen on business days to prevent your packages sitting around in a post office all weekend. If you place an order any later than midday on a Friday it will not be posted until Monday morning.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

+ Due to the hygienic nature of our products were are unable to provide refunds for products that have been opened and used. Please choose your items carefully before the checkout stage of the purchasing process.

 

+ As mentioned above, if - due to unforeseen postage delays - you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded in full in New Zealand Dollars to the card you originally made payment on.

 

+  Refunds will not be provided for change of mind purchases.

+ If your product arrives and you have an issue you would like to bring up, please contact us immediately before using it. 

+ If you, the customer, and Oillee, come to an agreement regarding a refund, this will be discussed via phone or email and your refund will be provided onto the payment method you originally made it from. Your product will need to be sent back at your own cost if it is unused and unopened.
